JDS was founded with the encouragement of Rabbis, lawyers and lay professionals across the U.K. It is, however, not under the auspices of any specific Beth Din.
Can JDS bring a Dispute to a legally binding conclusion?
Yes, though this does depend on the nature of the dispute and what has been agreed between the parties.

Yes, JDS can advise you as to the pros and cons of each process, and the differences between them. However, if we have given you personalised advice on a specific matter, we may then be unable to act as neutrals to mediate or arbitrate ourselves.
